Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel, please email us at support@wodwah.shop with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item(s) in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
