Wodwah Refund Policy

Wodwah warrants its products to be free from material defects and workmanship issues for one year from the date of purchase. Issues resulting from product misuse or neglect are not covered under this warranty. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at support@wodwah.shop and provide a description of the issue, photos, and your proof of purchase. Wodwah will refund or replace accepted warranty claims with the remedy deemed most appropriate by Wodwah.

Non-warranty returns are available for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible. Please contact Wodwah at support@wodwah.shop with your valid proof of purchase and reason for return to initiate a non-warranty return. Once approved, Wodwah will issue a Return Authorization Number to confirm the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs through a carrier of your choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, Wodwah will send you an email notification confirming receipt and indicating whether your return has been accepted or rejected based on its condition. If accepted, your refund will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase on wodwah.shop.
